The Review of Ecoomics and Economic Methodology (REEM) is a peer-reviewed biannual academic journal that publishes papers in any of its research domains (see below). It welcomes contributions from both, established scholars and prospective post-graduate students. REEM is an open access journal, all its content is permanently available online without subscription or payment. Every article has a unique and permanent URL. REEM is indexed by EconLit. |
REEM is coordinated by the members of the Movement for economic pluralism, a pluralist movement operating at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. |
Research domains
(1) Economic theory: We welcome contributions from different schools in economics, papers are not discriminated by their paradigmatic content, but by the quality of research. (2) Economic methodology: We welcome the methodological analysis of concepts, theories and techniques of economics, either mainstream or heterodox. (3) History of economic thought: We welcome papers that deal with historical development of ideas, concepts, theories and methods in economics. (4) Ethics and economics: We welcome contributions in philosophy, political science and moral philosophy, in so far as there is some clear link to economics. All submissions must show a clear connection to economics, but can be non-economic, possibly with a focus on conceptual or methodological issues, and should in some way indicate the link with published research. |
